What's new

• Company name in Admin and Operator: the company column, filter and ticket detail show the company name instead of the raw company_id. Give your User model a company_name (column or accessor); it is copied onto each new ticket. Tickets created without one show the id. Requires jeffersongoncalves/laravel-help-desk ^1.13. (#134)
• Category hierarchy in the ticket form: child categories are grouped under their parent, and a parent with active children can no longer be picked (validated server-side too). Grandchildren show as Child › Grandchild. Tickets already filed under a parent keep it on edit. (#131, closes #128)
• Docs: README section on multi-company portals. (#127)
