etc/Makefile thanks to @WyriHaximusThis release comes with a AGENTS.md for all projects on how to use the generated Makefile and some generics for my projects. it also comes with tooling to enforce code coverage percentages; set to 100% by default but can be changed. It uses the new QA tooling wrapper set up. And adds support for services like RabbitMQ to be started and stopped for packages that need that. (As an alternative to test containers.)

(And all other decisions on which specific image to use.) Resulting in greatly faster start times. It also adds support for mounting the Docker socket into the container and using the -root varriant when test containers is found in the requirement tree.
