Event Laravel Package

Windwalker Event is a lightweight event dispatcher for PHP that decouples application components through a simple publish/subscribe pattern. Register listeners for named events, dispatch them at runtime, and let each listener react without tight coupling to the emitter. The package integrates with the Windwalker framework while remaining usable in any standalone PHP project.
