• removed bazinga_hateoas.expression_language and hateoas.expression.* services, removed hateoas.expression_function tag. Expression-language expressions are handled by jms/serializer now
• hateoas.event_subscriber.* are now hateoas.event_listener.*

This is the first release candidate for willdurand/BazingaHateoasBundle v2.0, compatible with willdurand/Hateoas v3.0 and jms/serializer v2.0.
