voku/css-to-inline-styles converts CSS rules into inline style attributes so HTML renders reliably in email clients and other environments that strip <style> blocks. It wraps TijsVerkoyen/CssToInlineStyles, maintained for modern PHP and improved compatibility.

Pass it an HTML document plus internal or external CSS, and it parses selectors with Symfony's CssSelector, applies matching declarations to each element, and removes the original stylesheets. This produces self-contained markup that survives strict mail clients like Outlook and Gmail.
