Filament Design System Laravel Package

First release on the 5.x branch (Filament 5 / Livewire 4).

Versioning epoch — adopts the visualbuilder convention of branching by Filament major. Previous 0.10.x tags were the pre-convention lineage and remain available; 5.0.x continues here.

What's new

• Optional Animations catalogue page: when visualbuilder/lottie is installed alongside this package, the design system gains an Animations navigation entry covering the mount / loop / click / visible / event triggers, prefers-reduced-motion behaviour, the Blade-component surface, and the full API cheat sheet. Registered conditionally via class_exists() so hosts without the companion package see no behavioural change.
• composer.json gains a suggest entry pointing at the companion package.
