VgComments 2.0.0

Hardened core API for the 2.x line (PHP ^8.2, Laravel ^10–^13).

• Public comment lists use dontCache() and cache is flushed on create/update/delete
• API index always returns a proper JsonResponse via $comments->response()
• Blank commentable_* / morph filters are normalized so list/create stay consistent
• Validation returns stable errors for empty/short content (no 500s)
