Mod Laravel Package

mod (tey/mod) is a Laravel package (PHP 8.3+, Laravel 12 and 13) that lets an app choose where generated files go. Read README.md, docs/ and the issue you're working on before changing code.

Generate and place files with tey/mod: mod:* Artisan commands, the application's layout (built-in or defined with Mod::layout()), starter stubs and base classes, and discovery of providers, commands, listeners and migrations. Use when the application requires tey/mod and you create classes, change its layout, stubs or config/mod.php, or debug discovery. Not for applications without tey/mod, or for general architecture advice.

Studies this Laravel app's recurring file placement, naming and related sets, then proposes a tey/mod layout and scaffold recipes for human review. Use when asked to learn an existing app's patterns or turn its conventions into generators. Not for architecture redesigns or comparisons with other apps.
