Scotty Laravel Package

Blade hooks ([@before](https://github.com/before), [@after](https://github.com/after), [@error](https://github.com/error), [@success](https://github.com/success), [@finished](https://github.com/finished)) in an Envoy.blade.php now actually run, as PHP inside Scotty. Before this release they failed silently. [@before](https://github.com/before), [@after](https://github.com/after) and [@error](https://github.com/error) receive $task, [@finished](https://github.com/finished) receives $exitCode, and [@setup](https://github.com/setup) variables are available. A hook that throws, or a bash hook that exits non-zero, prints a warning and does not fail the run. Hooks no longer run under --pretend.
