Pest Plugin Snapshots Laravel Package

Add support for Pest 5.

Pest 5 requires PHP 8.4, so the minimum PHP version is now 8.4. spatie/phpunit-snapshot-assertions is bumped to ^5.4.0 for PHPUnit 13 support.
