Pest Plugin Snapshots Laravel Package

Add snapshot testing to Pest. This plugin wraps spatie/phpunit-snapshot-assertions, giving your Pest tests assertMatchesSnapshot, assertMatchesJsonSnapshot, and the toMatchSnapshot expectation so you can lock in string and JSON output with ease.
Add support for Pest 5.
Pest 5 requires PHP 8.4, so the minimum PHP version is now 8.4. spatie/phpunit-snapshot-assertions is bumped to ^5.4.0 for PHPUnit 13 support.
