macOS Support

The suspicion regarding the unstable behavior of macOS has been cleared. Consequently, the memory alignment adjustment feature has been removed. However, when setting up PHPUNIT within a macOS host runner using shivammathur/setup-php@v2, PHPUNIT hangs. To eliminate the instability of macOS tests, the method of setting up PHPUNIT has been changed to using composer.
