• writeBatch() failures report the target path, not a batch index

• The mimetype text/plain will throw UnableToRetrieveMetadata according to the Flysystem Spec FilesystemAdapterTestCase::fetching_unknown_mime_type_of_a_file. This is fairly odd behavior so watch out for it.
