Cascading Config Laravel Package

Cascading Config brings cascading to Laravel configuration files: any value can reference another config key or an environment variable through simple placeholders, resolved recursively when config is loaded. Define shared values once instead of duplicating them across files.

Resolution happens transparently, so config('key') keeps working and always returns fully resolved values. Large config files stay DRY, and updating a base value automatically propagates to every key that depends on it.
