Modulite automatically discovers and registers Filament panel providers, resources, pages, and widgets across modular Laravel apps. Supports nwidart/laravel-modules and panicdevs/modules, with file-based caching and commands for production performance.
A silently failed scan (fail_silently, production default) returned an empty panel list which was cached forever (production TTL=0), taking every panel offline until the cache was manually cleared. Only cache discovery results when the scan completed without errors so transient failures are retried on the next request instead of poisoning the cache.
