Bugfix

Fixes broken preview and export actions when the panel plugin was registered.

Root cause: v0.2.0 called getPlugin(AdvancedTableExportForFilamentPlugin::class) instead of the plugin ID string.

Fix:

• Added AdvancedTableExportForFilamentPlugin::ID constant
• Plugin limits now resolve via hasPlugin() / getPlugin(ID)
