The state machine is now independent of Eloquent

Now the EnumStateMachine class is more flexible and not only works with Eloquent but can be implemented in any PHP class.

Support for Laravel 11 is added

The feature of transitioning out of the state machine has been improved.

Fixed bug in the StateMachine::canBe() method.
