Laravel Sortable Laravel Package

Laravel Sortable is a lightweight package by monurakkaya that brings effortless, drag-and-drop-style ordering to your Eloquent models. Attach the provided trait to any model and it gains a sortable column plus intuitive methods for moving records up, down, to the top, or into any position — keeping values consistent as rows are inserted or removed.

Perfect for menus, galleries, FAQs, or any list where users control the sequence, the sorting logic stays in the model layer and remains easy to test.

• Trait-based integration with any Eloquent model
• Move items up, down, to top/bottom, or to a specific position
• Query scopes for fetching records in the correct order
• Configurable sort column and starting value
• Automatic reindexing when records are added or deleted
