feat: extend localization for resources, relation managers, and discovery

• Analyze resource infolist() bodies and navigation groups (UnitEnum|string)
• ResourceModifier: infolist labels, getNavigationGroup with __()
• Relation managers: table empty state, KeyValue keyLabel/valueLabel, action modal copy
• Support CreateAction::make() without name; literal ->label() for RM fields/columns
• Inject getTitle when still using Filament base implementation (reflection)
