Statamic Form Submission Cleaner Laravel Package
mitydigital/statamic-form-submission-cleaner
A Statamic addon for cleaning up stored form submissions. Configure retention rules to automatically remove old or unwanted entries, keeping your site tidy and your database free from unnecessary submission data.
The Statamic Form Submission Cleaner is a Statamic addon that automatically removes old form submissions so your storage stays tidy. Statamic stores each submission as a YAML file on disk, and these accumulate quickly—bloating backups and leaving stale personal data behind. This addon applies configurable retention rules so expired submissions are pruned on a schedule, while recent entries remain available in the Control Panel.
- Scheduled cleanup of expired submissions
- Per-form retention periods with sensible global defaults
- Artisan command for manual runs or cron jobs
- Supports GDPR data-minimisation practices
- Zero database changes—simple publishable config
