Added

• Company name snapshot (#82): HelpDesk::createTicket() accepts an optional company_name, stored in metadata.company.name like the requester's name. $ticket->company_name returns it, falling back to company_id — tickets created before this release show the id.
• Signed API: POST tickets accepts company_id and company_name; TicketResource returns company_name. Reads remain scoped to the requester. The API driver casts an integer company_id to string.

Docs

• New Multi-company Installations README section (#80, #81): upgrading, setting and querying company_id, the null company caveat, mapping a differently named column (e.g. empresa_id) with an accessor, and the filament-help-desk integration.

CI

• Standardized tests workflow, Dependabot config and github-actions auto-merge.

No migration needed — company_name lives in the existing metadata column.
