This version adds support for Zipkin PHP 3.0 and turns compatibility into 7.4+

This version uses OpenTracing PHP 1.0

This version bumps version zipkin 1.3.4.

jcchavezs/zipkin has been moved to openzipkin/zipkin and this tag includes it.
