Testing Laravel Package

IndexNowKit Testing provides a lightweight test harness for the IndexNowKit Laravel package, letting you verify IndexNow submissions without hitting live search-engine endpoints. Swap the real client for an in-memory fake, then assert which URLs were submitted, how often, and with which key — all inside your normal PHPUnit or Pest suite.

• Drop-in fake that records submissions instead of sending HTTP requests
