Static, precompiled wkhtmltopdf binaries for Linux amd64 installable via Composer. Version matches git tags (e.g., 0.12.4). Provides a PATH constant to locate the binary in code and creates a vendor/bin symlink for easy execution.
Using the static linux binaries. Added the class \h4cc\WKHTMLToPDF for easier usage by @mhlavac

Updated debian wheezy binary to version 0.12.2.1. (thx michaelperrin)
Used the Debian 7.5 compilation, because static generic linux binaries are not provided anymore by wkhtmltox.
