em411/sylius-feature-flag-bundle-plugin
em411/sylius-feature-flag-bundle-plugin and em411/feature-flag-bundle are now on Packagist, so the README and composer.json no longer carry the VCS repository workaround. A plain composer require is enough.actions/checkout to v6 and actions/cache to v5 to move off the deprecated Node.js 20 runtime in GitHub Actions. No runtime/library changes — safe upgrade from 0.2.1.
composer update em411/sylius-feature-flag-bundle-plugin
Added translation keys that were missing in 0.2.0:
em411_sylius_feature_flag.ui.new_feature_flag — Create page titleem411_sylius_feature_flag.ui.edit_feature_flag — Edit page titlebitbag_sylius_acl_plugin.parent.feature_flags — BitBag ACL permission-tree group labelTranslations are provided in English (messages.en.yaml) and Polish (messages.pl.yaml).
composer update em411/sylius-feature-flag-bundle-plugin
bin/console cache:clear
permission: false to permission: true to match Sylius core admin conventions (e.g. tax_category.yml). Plugins like BitBagCommerce/SyliusAclPlugin override the grid action macro and require permission: true to register routes in their permission tree — without it, the Edit/Delete column is silently filtered out.show route (except: ['show']) — the plugin has no show template.messages.pl.yaml).After updating, clear the cache and grant the Feature flag permission to the appropriate role:
composer update em411/sylius-feature-flag-bundle-plugin
bin/console cache:clear
Then in admin: Configuration → Administrators → Roles, edit the role, and tick the Feature flag entries. Without this step the BitBag ACL plugin filters out the Edit / Delete buttons.
If you are not using an ACL plugin, no further action is required — permission: true falls through Sylius's default authorization checker and behaves like before.
doctrine/doctrine-bundle constraint to ^1.12 || ^2.0 so the plugin can install into Sylius 1.x projects, which still ship with doctrine-bundle 1.12.composer require em411/sylius-feature-flag-bundle-plugin:^0.1.1
First release of em411/sylius-feature-flag-bundle-plugin — manage em411/feature-flag-bundle feature flags from the Sylius admin panel.
Compatible with Sylius 1.8 / Symfony 4.4 / PHP 7.4.
FeatureFlag Doctrine entity (code, enabled, value, description) registered as a Sylius resource — CRUD, grid and an admin-menu entry under Configuration.DoctrineFeatureFlagProvider feeds flags into em411/feature-flag-bundle's provider chain; loads all flags once per request and resolves each to false (disabled), true (enabled, no value) or the value string (enabled with a value).provider_priority, default 100) so a database flag overrides a code-defined [@AsFeature](https://github.com/AsFeature) feature of the same code.See the README for installation (VCS repository entries, bundle registration, routing import, migration).
Verified: full test suite green (16 tests) on PHP 7.4, including an integration test that boots a Sylius resource/grid kernel.
