Doctrine Custom Types Bundle Laravel Package

• Use symfony's phpunit bridge
• Improve class aliases processing (since 8.x class name case ignored)
• Add php versions 8.x
• Add php8 version to allowed in composer
• Upgrade tests code for latest phpunit's and downgrade em for too old php versions
• Add min 5.2.12 for symfony phpunit bridge with prefer-lowest

Migrate tests to gihub actions Test on lowest versions Make compatible to doctrine/doctrine-bundle ^2.0
