Update Lock Bundle Laravel Package

Implements the basic functionality of this bundle:

while composer is installing or updating the bundle intercepts any request and stops the process, warning the user about the current update. As soon as composer is done it releases the app again.

The "app updating" page is auto refreshing, since composer updates often don't take that long.
