Tag 3.1 relied on code that made it not compatible with PHP 5.3, this fixes that.

*Note we no longer support 5.3 so these versions will no longer be updated.

• Support Symfony 4 while maintaining BC.

This version is compatible with Symfony 3.3 as well as 2.8+
