Voice Laravel Package

This patch release fixes the documented one-argument joinChannel($channel) call and adds compatibility with libdave 1.2.1.

• Manager::joinChannel() now defaults to the Discord client used to construct the manager. Existing calls that pass a client continue to work. (#15)
• Examples and troubleshooting now explain readiness, promise rejection handling, and the pending playback promise after stop(). (#15)
• The native setup script defaults to libdave 1.2.1, and header preprocessing accepts its namespaced opaque-handle macros. (#16)
• Update CI checkout actions. (#13)

Verification: PHP 8.3/8.4 Pest tests, lint, PHPStan, code style, coverage, and EditorConfig passed for commit 3ef097fbde31c7857cf0bc016b183c919c7f4764. CI installs libdave 1.2.1; this is automated verification, without a live Discord voice call.
