Update guide from v0.7

Config option enableMonolog() has been renamed to monolog()->enabled(). Config option enableMessenger() has been renamed to messenger()->enabled(). Config option enableTwig() has been renamed to twig()->enabled(). Deprecated option enableConsole() has been removed.

Messenger tracing is now enabled by default.
