Laravel Filex Laravel Package

Maintenance release. No user-facing behaviour changes.

Dependencies

• Allow Pest 5 alongside 3 and 4. The constraint is additive rather than a replacement, because Pest 5 requires PHP ^8.3 while the CI matrix still covers 8.2.
• actions/checkout 6 → 7.

Includes the Pint formatting the newer toolchain applies. 144 tests pass, PHPStan clean.
