Fix autoloader path on binaries

Add binnaries

Use these 2 dependencies:

• https://github.com/DavidGarciaCat/php-resque
• https://github.com/DavidGarciaCat/php-resque-scheduler

The original required dependencies have been replaced by these 2

• Upgrade PSR settings on composer.json from PSR-0 to PSR-4
  • Move code inside src folder
  • Add new tests folder for upcoming PHP Unit tests
• Rename PHP Namespace according to my repository & Packagist package
• PSR-FIG / PHP Standards provided by Style CI

• Boolean values should be compared strictly
• Minor amends on README.md file (more changes are pending)
