Also skipped several minor versions to keep up with the library package

Sorry if any of you had issues with this, I've made sure this won't happen again by adding a test for it

Also added a service for the MockApiClient class, to make a user's functional tests easier (if they use the ApiClient during their tests).

• Dropped factory due to maintainability issues
• Fixed to invalid/missing service definitions
• Updated to use the latest cleentfaar/slack version (~0.15.1)

Staying up to date with refactorings in the library package, fixing issues with annotation loading and bad usage docs.

Implements refactorings in related packages, mainly the moving of the console commands to a separate package. This allows everyone to access the many API commands that I made available, because it no longer requires you to be using the Symfony-Framework and the related SlackBundle.
