Uploaded files are deleted

With Octane (and with Bref\LaravelBridge\Http\HttpHandler), the files uploaded with a request were never deleted: they stayed in the Lambda instance's /tmp until it was full, and then everything that writes to /tmp failed, Laravel's storage included. They are now deleted when the next request starts. Thanks @felipehertzer for finding it!

Bref 3.0.13 is now required: before it, Bref's cleanup missed every upload on PHP 8.4 and up.

Failed jobs

When a failed job could not be stored (for example with the default database-uuids failed job driver in an application without a database), the error replaced the job's own exception, which was never logged or reported. Both errors are now reported.

Deprecated: bref.request_context

The option adds the X-Request-ID header to the shared log context, and API Gateway does not send that header (only the Octane and function runtimes of this package set it), so it did nothing with PHP-FPM. On Lambda, Bref's log formatter now starts every log line with the request ID (documentation). The option will be removed in the next major version.
