Allow becklyn/ddd-symfony-bridge ^6.0, doctrine/orm ^3.0 and doctrine/doctrine-bundle ^3.0, and raise the PHP minimum to 8.2. The previous bridge cap of ^5.0 excluded the Messenger-based 6.x bridge, which is the only one supporting symfony/* ^7.4, making this package one of two blockers for consumers moving to Symfony 7.

Also adds the TreeBuilder return type to Configuration::getConfigTreeBuilder(), without which the class is a fatal compile error on Symfony 7, and switches the two Doctrine repository test doubles from ObjectRepository to EntityRepository because ORM 3 narrows getRepository().
