Fixes

• Icon aliases now work. Filament icon aliases registered for Shout's types (shout::icon.info, shout::icon.success, shout::icon.warning, shout::icon.danger) were never resolved. Shout now uses them.
• Dark mode has its own palette. Notices used to keep their light colours in dark mode, which made link(), gray and outlined actions almost unreadable. In dark mode a notice now has a tinted dark background, a translucent coloured border and light text. This changes how notices look in dark mode. Light mode is unchanged.
• Inline actions are vertically centred. One-line messages now line up with the button beside them. Multi-line messages keep the icon beside the first line.
• icon(false) no longer indents the text with an empty icon slot.
• No empty heading. A notice without a heading no longer renders an empty <h2>.
