Installation

Step 1: Download the package

$ composer require aldaflux/pgsql-doctrine-random-function

Step 2: Configuration

Usage

$em = $this->getDoctrine()->getManager();

$result = $em->createQueryBuilder()
    ->select('e')
    ->from('AppBundle:Entity', 'e')
    ->orderBy('RANDOM()')
    ->setMaxResults(10)
    ->getQuery()
    ->getResult();
