This version leverages the ajgl/csv-rfc component for RFC related operations. The ajgl/csv-rfc component offers a drop in replacement for native PHP CSV related functions to read and/or write RFC4180 compliant CSV files.

This version comes with improved performance for reading and writing RFC4180 compliant CSV files.

• RFC Reader: it uses the fgetcsv native function using " as the escape character. All the old FSM stuff is thrown away.
• RFC Writer: it uses the fputcsv native function, but fixing the wrong escaped \" occurrences and the EOL chars.
