`src/Resources/public/css/nowo-legal-kit.css` is hand-written (no build). Bundle pages extend UiKit scaffolds or are declared unique in `docs/TEMPLATES.md`; style through UiKit theme slots (`nowo_ui_class()`), never framework utility classes; no inline `<script>` / `style=` / `on*=`; `|raw` only on the sanitiser output (`document.body`). Keep `tests/Integration/PageContractTest.php` green.
