Never add `Co-authored-by: Cursor` (or any `[email protected]`) to commit messages or PR bodies.

When creating commits or pull requests:
- Do not include Cursor / agent as co-author
- Do not add attribution trailers for the AI assistant
- Author remains the human maintainer only

If a commit message already contains such a trailer, strip it before committing.
