- MongoDB collection `activity_logs` is the only v1 storage target.
- Adapters are stateful and resolved fresh from `LogAdapterRegistry`.
- Do not add concrete adapter methods to `ActivityLogManagerInterface`.
- DTOs should extend `JOOservices\Dto\Core\Dto` where they carry structured log data.
- Repositories must follow `jooservices/laravel-repository` patterns.
- `queue(...)->dispatch()` is async; `sync()->dispatch()` and `save()` are sync.
- Runtime operations are command-based: `activity-log:indexes`,
  `activity-log:doctor`, `activity-log:prune`, and `activity-log:export`.
- Sanitization must run before payload limiting for persisted payload fields.
- `composer run check` is the normal local gate; `composer run ci` is the
  coverage gate.
- Keep JSON, YAML, Markdown, and PHP files readable and multi-line.
- Use `master` and `develop` as the only long-lived branches; do not use `main`.
